Refund policy

ONLINE ORDERS- We allow the return of unworn merchandise (tags still attached) up to 7 days after the purchase date. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

INSTORE PURCHASE- We allow exchanges/ store credit of unworn merchandise (tags still attached) up to 7 days after the purchase date. Please Note: Online orders for instore pickup falls under the INSTORE return policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please note that all jewelry, undergarments, bodysuits, and sales items are considered final sale at the time of purchase. These items are not eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns should be mailed to:

You must include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag along with your order items. The packing slip is necessary because it has your order number on it which allows us to look up your order. 

Once your return is inspected/processed, we will issue your return of the full amount. The credit card used at the time of purchase will be credited. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and issue your return and refund payment.

This edited return policy is valid on all orders after 9/14/22.

For orders made before this date, please email us (sales@shopkellyandkate.com) regarding any return requests.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When receiving items by mail, we allow 3 days for you to inspect your merchandise and notify us of any damages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that all jewelry, undergarments, bodysuits, sale items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are considered final sale at the time of purchase. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. The items listed in this paragraph are not eligible for a return. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
